Can I share or transfer my package?
Our packages are for personal use only and cannot be shared or transferred to another person. This
helps us keep your progress consistent and ensures accurate class scheduling.
Do you sell vouchers or gift cards?
Yes, we do! You can purchase gift vouchers at our reception. They make a thoughtful present for
friends or loved ones who enjoy wellness and self-care.
Can I book my classes online?
Yes — you can easily book your classes online through our booking platform. If you ever need help
with booking, our reception team will be happy to assist.
I’m running late. Can I still join the class?
I booked a class but I can’t make it. What should I do?
What is your cancellation policy?
• Classes must be cancelled a minimum of 12 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations and no-shows are charged as a used session.
• All packages have fixed expiry dates and cannot be extended or frozen unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds are not provided once a package is purchased.
Are grip socks mandatory?

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)
- I release Casa Pilates Fitness Club L.L.C., its owners, instructors, and staff from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.
- I understand Casa Pilates Fitness Club L.L.C. does not provide participant injury insurance, and I am responsible for my own health coverage
- I acknowledge that Casa Pilates Fitness Club L.L.C. will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought into the studio.
Studio Access Policy
- I understand that Casa Pilates Fitness Club L.L.C. is an exclusive women-only facility. Male companions, including family members or drivers, are not permitted inside the studio premises.
- I agree to respect and uphold this policy to ensure the comfort, privacy, and cultural expectations of all clients.
Prenatal & Postnatal Participation (If Applicable)
- I confirm that I have consulted my healthcare provider and received medical clearance to participate in prenatal/postnatal Pilates or Yoga.
- I understand that modifications may be required for my safety and the safety of my child.
- I take full responsibility for my participation and any associated risks.
Class Cancellation & Refund Policy
- I understand that I must cancel my class at least 12 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or class credit.
- I acknowledge that no refunds or credits will be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours before class.
- I understand that all class packages have fixed expiration dates starting from the date of purchase and cannot be frozen or extended.
- I accept that unused classes will expire after the specified expiry period and will not be refunded or transferred.
Studio Etiquette & Conduct
- I agree to arrive punctually and to wear appropriate attire for class participation. (Kindly note: Grippy socks are mandatory for reformer classes).
- I understand that if I arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may not be allowed to join the class.
- I agree to adhere to the instructor’s instructions and the established safety protocols of Casa Pilates Fitness Club L.L.C.
- I will respect the studio’s equipment, space, staff, and other clients at all times
Photography, Social Media & Privacy
- I consent / I do not consent (check one) to having my photo or video taken during classes for Casa Pilates Fitness Club L.L.C. marketing purposes.
- I understand that my personal data will be handled securely and will not be shared with third parties without my consent.
Agreement
- By signing below, I certify that I have carefully read, fully understood, and agreed to all the terms listed above. This waiver will remain valid for all future visits unless updated or withdrawn in writing.
