Can I share or transfer my package?

Our packages are for personal use only and cannot be shared or transferred to another person. This
helps us keep your progress consistent and ensures accurate class scheduling.

Yes, we do! You can purchase gift vouchers at our reception. They make a thoughtful present for
friends or loved ones who enjoy wellness and self-care.

Yes — you can easily book your classes online through our booking platform. If you ever need help
with booking, our reception team will be happy to assist.

We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time. For your safety and to avoid class disruption, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to join the session.
No worries — just cancel the class at least 12 hours before the session time. Late cancellations or no-shows unfortunately result in the session being deducted from your package.

• All packages have fixed expiry dates and cannot be extended or frozen unless stated otherwise.

Yes — grip socks are required. They help with hygiene and provide better stability on the reformer. If you need a pair, they’re available for purchase at our studio.
Absolutely! Casa Pilates welcomes beginners. Our instructors will guide you through the basics and make sure you feel comfortable and supported throughout the session.
For beginners or clients with special conditions, we recommend starting with an introductory or private session. This helps you learn the equipment safely and gain confidence before joining group classes.
Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothes (without zippers or hard accessories). This ensures safe movement and protects our equipment. Don’t forget your grip socks and a water bottle.
Yes, as long as you have medical clearance from your doctor. Please inform us before booking so we can guide you to the appropriate class type or recommend modifications for your comfort and safety.
Yes — private and semi-private sessions are available. They’re perfect if you want personalized attention, have an injury, or simply prefer a one-on-one experience.
Most clients feel improvement after just a few sessions. For noticeable results, we recommend practicing 1–3 times per week, depending on your goals.
Our classes are designed for adults. If you have a younger participant in mind, please speak with our team and we can advise depending on age and readiness.
Please let us know before booking. Our instructors can offer safe modifications, and in some cases we may recommend starting with private sessions to ensure proper guidance.

We will keep any found items atreception for a short period. However, Casa Pilates cannot be held responsible for lost or missing personal belongings.
You are welcome to bring your own small items (like towels or socks). All Pilates equipment is provided by the studio, and personal mats are not required for reformer classes.
